PKR88 Terms and Conditions — Your Complete Guide to Using Our Platform

1. General Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and PKR88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus or placing any bet on PKR88, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use PKR88 and should close your account. Continued use of PKR88 after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name or any other identity — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses across all linked accounts. 2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information when registering with PKR88 and whenever your information changes. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and payment details. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

3. Account Rules

3.1 Account Security

3.2 Account Activity

PKR88 reserves the right to close or flag accounts that show no activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Prior to closure, we will attempt to contact you via your registered mobile number and email address. Any balance in an inactive account will be held for a further 30 days after notification before being transferred.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal hold.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting PKR88 support. Before closing, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed normally. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals on PKR88 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals (for example, certain card types), PKR88 will contact you to arrange an alternative method registered in your name.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Verified accounts can expect withdrawals to be processed within 15 minutes during operational hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers typically complete within 2 to 4 working hours. Pending KYC verification will extend withdrawal processing time until verification is complete.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.2 Wagering Requirements

7. Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on PKR88 are subject to acceptance by PKR88's trading system. Odds displayed on PKR88 are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Confirmation is provided by a bet reference number appearing in your bet history. PKR88 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to technical error, feed error or human error.

7.2 Match Abandonment & Postponement

In the case of a cricket match being abandoned, interrupted by rain or otherwise not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, PKR88 will settle bets according to the official result if one is declared by the governing body. If no official result is declared, bets will be voided and stakes returned in full.

7.3 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting on PKR88 is subject to a short delay between events occurring and odds updating. PKR88 accepts in-play bets in good faith but reserves the right to void bets placed after an event that materially affects the outcome has occurred, where those bets were placed before PKR88's system had time to reflect the event.

7.4 Maximum Payout

PKR88 applies a maximum payout limit per market and per event. The specific limits vary by sport and market type and are displayed within the bet slip when placing a wager. PKR88 reserves the right to withhold payment above the stated maximum payout and to return the excess stake amount.

7.5 Minimum Bet

8. Casino & Games Rules

8.1 Fair Play & RNG

• Depositing funds and then claiming a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider (so-called "friendly fraud").
• Colluding with other players to exploit PKR88 markets, bonuses or games.

• Attempting to access other players' PKR88 accounts without authorisation.

In any confirmed case of fraud, PKR88 reserves the right to withhold and offset any balance in the account against the losses or costs incurred as a result of the fraudulent activity, and to pursue civil and criminal remedies as appropriate.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

PKR88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe, or at its reasonable business discretion. Where an account is suspended for investigation, PKR88 will aim to resolve the matter within 30 business days.

Where account termination is due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, PKR88 is not obligated to return any balance held in the account. Where account termination is at PKR88's business discretion and no breach has occurred, any real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

12. Privacy & Data

PKR88 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering with PKR88, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on PKR88, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations and databases, is the intellectual property of PKR88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use PKR88 for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify or create derivative works from any PKR88 content without prior written permission. Screen-scraping, data mining or systematic extraction of any content from PKR88 is prohibited.

14. Limitation of Liability

PKR88's liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of your deposit balance at the time the claim arose. PKR88 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of enjoyment, arising from your use of the platform.

PKR88 is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will use reasonable commercial efforts to ensure availability but cannot guarantee it, particularly during major sporting events or periods of unusually high traffic.

15. Amendments to These Terms

PKR88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, PKR88 will provide notice through the platform and, where possible, via email or SMS to your registered contact details. The updated Terms will display the revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of PKR88 after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using PKR88 and may request account closure.
